Consignment regulations

The consignments that the company does not accept for transportation include but are not limited to invoices, securities, national publications, jewelry, passports, private documents, documents, contracts, approvals, cash, private letters, valuables, animals, medicines , Drugs, liquids, imitations, items with incorrect origin, corrosive or radioactive hazards, flammable and explosive items, white powder and all related laws (that is, the laws of the People's Republic of China or Hong Kong laws) prohibit mailing items.

In response to the requirements of relevant judicial and law enforcement agencies or for safety reasons, the company reserves the absolute right to inspect and verify the opening of the consignment. If it is found that the consignment is not acceptable, the company reserves the right to refuse or return it. If the company returns the consignment to the sender, the company has the right to charge the expenses incurred.

If the volume per kilogram of the consignment is more than 6000 cubic centimeters, and the consignment needs to be transported by air throughout or halfway, the weight of the payment should be calculated according to the regulations of the International Air Transport Association (IATA). The formula for calculating the required payment weight (kg) is: consignment (cm) X width (cm) X height (cm) / 6000 cubic centimeters.

Sender’s responsibilities

The sender must truthfully and clearly fill in the consignment information. The company will not be responsible for the delay or additional costs and losses caused by the sender's concealment of the authenticity of the consignment, misfilling or omission, or illegibility of filling in the relevant consignment information.

If the sender violates the terms of this contract or violates the following guarantees, he shall be liable for all losses of the company caused thereby:

  1. The sender guarantees that all the information provided is correct;

  2. The sender guarantees that the consignment has the legal and proper right of disposal during the preparation, storage and delivery of the consignment to the company, and it has not been recourse by any third party;

  3. The sender guarantees that the consignment is properly packaged and that all measures have been taken to ensure the safe transportation of the consignment;

  4. The sender guarantees to abide by all the laws of China and Hong Kong regarding postal, import and export and customs duties.

Delivery is delayed due to the inaccuracy of the recipient's name, address, contact phone number provided by the sender or any of our customers Or if the consignment is naturally worn out, the company will not bear any responsibility; if it is unable to deliver, if the sender requests to return the consignment, the two-way freight must be paid in advance: if the sender does not require the return of the consignment, then As the sender has given up the consignment, the company has the right to dispose of the consignment.

If no one receives the consignment during normal working hours, the company will arrange to send it again free of charge. However, our company reserves the right to refuse delivery if no one receives it again. If the sender or the recipient requests additional delivery, the company will charge the sender or recipient an additional service fee each time (it will depend on the location of the delivery as the basis for calculation). If the sender or recipient does not accept additional deliveries, the company can notify the recipient to pick up the consignment. If the recipient fails to pick up the consignment, he shall pay the storage fee, the sender and the recipient. Everyone does not accept additional delivery, and the recipient fails to pick up the consignment in time, the company has the right to treat the consignment as undeliverable.

If the consignment is arranged to be paid by the recipient, but the recipient refuses to pay, if the sender still requires delivery, all costs shall be borne by the sender; if the sender requests to return the consignment, it shall be paid Two-way freight; if the sender does not require the return of the consignment, the sender shall bear the first freight, and the sender will be deemed to have given up the consignment; the company has the right to dispose of the consignment.

If the sender or recipient fails to pay the freight and other expenses, the company has the right to retain the consignment for a period of three months (calculated from the date shown in the upper left corner of the company’s bill of lading), and the period expires. If the sender or recipient has not paid the fees in full, the company has the right to publicly sell the consignment and give priority to repay the fees payable to the company and related expenses when the consignment is sold
